Higher Degrees by Research re-enrolment

(PhD, DPsych, DPH and research masters)

All HDR students are required to re-enrol for 2012 in their MRU research units using the Web Enrolment System (WES).  Please by use your Student Authcate (not Staff Authcate) login and password to access WES.

Re-enrolment will occur between the following dates for the upcoming academic year:

Monday 10th October 2011 and Monday 21st November 2011

If you do not re-enrol during the designated re-enrolment period, you may still do so from 22nd November until 16th December 2011 but you will incur the $281 late re-enrolment fee.

Annual Questionnaire

Re-enrolling students will need to complete the Annual Questionnaire online before being given access to re-enrol for 2012.

Information on re-enrolment procedures, including how to complete the Annual Questionnaire, will be sent to you via email in mid-September.

DPH students:  Please note that students enrolled in the Doctor of Public Health must re-enrol in their MRU research units using WES. Candidates required to enrol in coursework units will be sent an additional Course Enrolment Form from the Faculty’s Research Degrees Office by 4th October 2011.

DPsych students:  Please note that students enrolled in the Doctor of Psychology (Clinical Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology, or Organisational Psychology) must re-enrol in their MRU research units using WES.  Candidates required to enrol in coursework units will be sent an additional Course Enrolment Form by 4th October 2011.  Please contact hdr.psych@monash.edu if you do not receive a Course Enrolment Form.
