2012 Re-enrolment information

Continuing students

Students undertaking the Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery course should enrol in the appropriate year level units from the below lists. These units are core requirements of the MBBS program and as such should automatically appear on the screen when you log into the Web Enrolment System (WES). However, you must confirm your enrolment in the core units by checking the box next to each unit and clicking the Submit button once complete. If you do not check the box, or if you do not click Submit, you will not be enrolled in the unit/s.

Students are reminded to record and retain their Transaction Number. The Faculty may ask you to produce this number to verify you have re-enrolled.

NOTE: If you do not receive a transaction number your enrolment has not been successful and you will need to re-submit it.

Students are also required as part of the re-enrolment process to present a new Police Check and current Working With Children card to reception of building 15, Clayton campus.

Students are also reminded to presume they have successfully completed their currently enrolled units when re-enrolling for 2012.
