Withdrawal and discontinuation of a course

If you are unable to access WES, a formal written statement requesing withdrawal from the course must be submitted to the School/ Department administering your course. This is ususally done via a form which can be obtained from the Faculty office or School/ Department office.  Forms must be submitted to Course Administrator or alternatively to the Student Services Office, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, Monash University, Clayton, VIC, 3800.
