Academic support for international students

Undergraduate

Student Academic Support Unit (SASU)

The Faculty’s Student Academic Support Unit provides assistance to undergraduate students (including Honours students) at metropolitan campuses and clinical sites to develop English language and academic skills. Both classes and individual sessions are available.
Students can self-refer or be referred by Faculty staff

Postgraduate

International Postgraduate Academic Support (IPAS)

The Faculty’s International Postgraduate Academic Support  provides assistance to postgraduate research and coursework (including postgraduate diploma) students, focusing on language, learning and cultural support.
There are orientation and teaching programs to address both academic and professional learning needs. Intensive individual sessions, support, and workshops are available at different sites, tailored to meet site-specific needs.
Students may self-refer or be referred by supervisors and coursework or other Faculty staff.
