Staff Profiles - Pam Harvey
Lecturer, CMHSE MEU0001 and MEU0002 Tutor (North West) North West Rural Medical Education Unit Tel: +61 3 5440 9083 Pam is a physiotherapist who joined the North West Rural Medical Education Unit in the School of Rural Health in 2007. She has worked in a range of community physiotherapy jobs including chronic disease management, work rehabilitation and private practice. Pam has also worked as a lecturer at TAFE, taking classes in the Diploma of Professional Writing and Editing. As well as being a health professional, Pam is the author of thirteen children’s books, and writes regularly for a range of magazines and journals. She is currently studying for a Master of Education (Research) on the topic of bibliotherapy (the use of books) in helping adolescents manage chronic illness.
