Claire is a Dietitian and currently part of the academic teaching and research team in the Nutrition and Dietetics department in the Southern Clinical School at Monash University. Despite some early career work in clinical Dietetics in Alice Springs, Claire’s career has been focused on community and public health nutrition both in Central Australia and on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. Claire has a Masters in Public Health and Graduate Certificate in Health Professional Education. Claire is undertaking her PhD looking into mentoring as a workforce development strategy for public health nutrition. Her research interests include, workforce development, healthy food access monitoring and health professional education.
