GCHPE and GCCS:
Download and complete the Direct Application Form and Statement of Intent. The Statement of Intent should include brief details of your current or anticipated teaching role and your reasons for wishing to undertake the course.
MHPE: Download and complete the Direct Application Form. If you have completed the GCHPE or an equivalent qualification, also send a completed RPL application (see below) to this address. Applicants for the MHPE who have completed the GCHPE are not required to re-submit their transcripts etc.
