Assessment in postgraduate training

Workshop D is a pre-requisite for this Workshop.
This workshop will incorporate a review of work-based assessment methods. It will provide an overview of the design of different work-based methods such as the Mini CEX; DOPS; portfolios; case-based discussion and appraisal at work. Participants will have the opportunity to practice using Mini-CEX and DOPS in a simulated environment including how to maximise the use work-based assessment data.
