Introduction to educational research

Educational research can be undertaken using diverse methods applied to participants ranging from individual learners and teachers through to educational systems. This workshop focuses upon how educational research can be used to help us better understand our own teaching contexts, practices and outcomes with a view to improving our practices. The workshop is highly practical and is designed to start participants on their way towards investigating educational issues and/or practices of personal and professional relevance.
