This workshop introduces the core components of a teaching plan and the process for developing a plan for your own teaching. The principles learnt in this topic are also applicable more generally to talks and presentations. The workshop focuses on:

- Writing appropriate behavioural learning objectives
- The teaching plan format
- Setting teacher and learner activities
- Planning for levels of thinking and questions
- Planning effective learning environments
