MBBS Specific Workshops

In addition to other workshops offered by CMHSE, these workshops are focused on tutor training within the MBBS program at Monash University. Workshops are of 2 hours duration and can be conducted at any clinical site.

Topics include:

• Problem-based learning for tutors new to PBL
• Problem-based learning: Advanced small group teaching strategies
• Clinical bedside teaching
• MCR Examiner training
• Writing EMQ questions
• Writing OSCE stations

MBBS workshops can be requested by any clinical site(s) affiliated with the Monash MBBS program.

They are not available for individual bookings. Each workshop must have a minimum of 6 participants.

There is no charge for these workshops.

We can also offer specific training to other schools and departments of the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences.
