International Student Entry Requirements
International students may apply to commence the course in either February or July.
The course is based at the Clayton Campus
The prerequisite studies for entry into the Bachelor of Biomedical Science in the year 2004, are Chemistry and one of either Physics or Mathematics (Year 12 equivalent). In addition, a very high level of performance in English, normally either as a secondary school subject, or as a result from a recognised English language test, is required.

* To calculate the entry score: A grade = 10 points, B = 8, C = 6, D = 4, E = 2. Add points for 3 subjects.
English Language Requirement
English Language requirements may be met in one of the following ways:
- English is the first language.
- English was the language of instruction in secondary and/or tertiary studies completed.
- Satisfactory performance in secondary or tertiary studies already completed in an English speaking country.
- Achieved a satisfactory level of performance in an English language subject at Year 12 or equivalent level.
- TOEFL of 580 or better plus TWE of 5 or better
- Computer based TOEFL of 237 or better with a TWE of 5 or better
- IELTS of 6.5 or better with a minimum score of 6 in each band
- Country specific requirements (Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong) A test score of C or better in English GCE 'O' level or 'A' level where applicable.
