Dean's award for Excellence in Research (Early Career Award)

Stephanie Gras (Rossjohn Lab) has received the Dean's award for Excellence in Research (Early Career Award). She was awarded a certificate and $1000.

Stephanie stated "Since joining Monash University in Professor Jamie Rossjohn's group, I am studying the human immune system and more precisely how the T-cell receptor recognize viral particles in order to eliminate viruses from our body. Understanding the T-cell receptor recognition mechanism would help us to design vaccines and drugs, such as anti-cancer agents, but also to improve the rate of transplant success."
