Need a hand organising your graduation year reunion?

Organising your graduation year reunion can be a whole lot of fun, but it can also be a lot of hard work. To make things a little easier the Faculty can provide advice and guidance to your organising committee.

Some of the services we offer are listed below. We can:-

  • Request address lists for your graduation year, in accordance with privacy policies 
  • Assist with invitation design and print simple invitations
  • Mail out invitations on your behalf
  • Pay a holding deposit on your chosen venue (to be repaid when registrations come in)
  • Suggest venues, entertainment, etc
  • Organise guest speakers (if required) from within the faculty's/university's staff
  • Organise tours of the medical school at Clayton

These and other services are sponsored by the Monash University Medical Foundation and conducted by event and promotions professionals within the Alumni Relations team.  Services are free-of-charge and available to all alumni of the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences.

What we require of you:

  • A formed organising committee
  • A minimum of eight months planning time
  • Written acceptance of the university's privacy policy, which relates to the proper use of alumni contact data
  • Written agreement to repay any venue deposit fees paid by the faculty and to underwrite any financial shortfalls
  • An opportunity to promote the work of the Monash University Medical Foundation which supports students in need and medical research
